Commercial register: registration pending — UID/CHE will be added upon registration. VAT: not registered for Swiss MWST (below threshold); subscription sales are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, which applies and remits applicable VAT/sales tax at checkout and issues the invoice.

Hosting

The platform is hosted on Supabase (database — AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany) and Google Cloud (application — europe-west1, Belgium), behind Cloudflare.

The information on these pages is provided with care but without warranty of completeness or timeliness. Merchant loyalty programs offered through the platform are the responsibility of the respective merchant (see the Merchant Agreement and each program's own terms).

Dispute resolution (EU consumers)

LoyaFlow provides services to businesses only. Where consumer law nonetheless applies to a specific user, note: the EU Commission's ODR platform was discontinued in July 2025; we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
